1. Packing Ensure that the costume is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Use the original packaging if available. Include all packing bags, accessories, tags, and any other items that came with your rental.

2. Shipping We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. This ensures that the rentals can be traced and is protected in case of loss or damage during transit. Ship the package to the following address:
